My package was delivered, but I don’t see it in my Direct2Yard account.

Packages are updated in batches, so don’t worry if yours doesn’t appear right away. It should show up in your tracking by the end of the day.

If 24 hours have passed since delivery and it’s still not showing, please double-check your shipping address or contact us for help.

How long does it take for my package to reach Jamaica?

Once your package arrives at our Florida address, it’s shipped out on the next flight to Jamaica.
- Deliveries made Monday–Wednesday arrive in Jamaica by Friday.

- Deliveries made Thursday–Saturday arrive in Jamaica by Monday.

How long do I have to collect my packages?

You have 30 days from the invoice date to collect your packages.

After that, a daily storage fee of $50 JMD will be added to your invoice.

We can hold items for up to 45 days max, after that, they’ll be removed from our warehouse.

I have multiple packages ready, do I need to pay for all of them at once?

Nope! You can pay for and collect each package separately.

That way, you have full control and flexibility over when and how you pick up.

Can someone else use my U.S. address to order online?

Yes, they can! Just keep in mind that all updates and charges will go to your account.

For convenience, it’s best for each person to have their own free Direct2Yard account.

What happens if my package weight falls between two rate categories?

If your package weight doesn’t match an exact category on the rate chart, it’ll be charged at the next rate up.

For example, a 1.5 lb package will be billed as 2 lbs (₦900 JMD).

*For example: a package weighing 1.5lbs will incur a charge of $900 JMD.
